My name is Steven, although only my family calls me that. Many of my clients refer to me as Coach Steve, Coach, or Steve – whichever you prefer. I revel in witnessing a client achieve a goal or something they once deemed impossible. In the right environment, with proper mentoring, and steadfast self-belief, we all can accomplish the impossible. In a world that often seems weak, I aim to help others discover their strength, both metaphorically and literally. While my primary focus is weightlifting, I also bring many years of experience in High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). As a former cross country and track & field athlete, specializing in the 400m and 800m races, I understand the significant impact that cardio can have on health and performance.
I've been married for 10 years to my college sweetheart, and together we have a 3-year-old son. They are, ultimately, my "why."
